President Kelly Damphousse's vision of bringing Texas State University to the national stage is more clear than ever. By increasing enrollment, expanding our campuses, and adding graduate programs, we have Bobcats all over the world. Through the growth, his focus continues to be on improving the overall student experience and supporting Bobcats while they attain a life-changing education.

🐾 Run to R1 is a path to achieving the R1 Carnegie classification by 2027; reaching R1 status will heighten and greatly expand research being done by students and faculty in areas like water and environmental conservation, semiconductor manufacturing, and more!
🐾 Increase Recruitment and Enrollment expands access to TXST through the Round Rock Campus, online programs, and an increased international presence. Rising first year retention up to 80.1% as well as a 40% 4-year graduation rate!
